This policy explains what personal information Amazing Training collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the least we can, we use it to deliver the training you asked for, and we do not sell it.
1. Information you give us
When you contact us or register interest: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write, submitted through our Tally contact form.
When you enroll in a course: your name and contact details, and your scheduling and attendance information, managed through Setmore, our scheduling platform.
When you pay: payment card details go directly to our secure third-party payment processors, Stripe and Square. Amazing Training never sees or stores your full card number.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is used for security and to understand which resources are useful. See our Cookie Policy for how cookies and similar technologies are used.
3. Why we use your information
To register you for the course you selected; to schedule your class and send confirmations and reminders; to process your payment through Stripe or Square; to submit your successful course completion to the American Heart Association for certification; to respond to questions you send through our contact form; and to tell you about future course offerings you may be interested in.
4. We do not sell your information
Amazing Training does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who need it to make our training operate, and only for that purpose: Setmore for scheduling, Tally for forms, and Stripe and Square for secure payment processing. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful request, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
6. Email and text messages
If you provide your contact details, you consent to Amazing Training contacting you by email and text message about your enrollment and our services. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. We will always send the transactional messages needed to deliver a course you have registered for, even if you have opted out of marketing.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as required for certification, tax, and accounting purposes. Contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. Setmore, Tally, Stripe, and Square maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct information that is wrong, delete your information where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Make any of these requests through our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those rights regardless of where you live.
10. Children
Our courses are intended for adults and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and between visits — such as keeping a booking session active while you complete your enrollment. Similar technologies include local storage, which stores information in your browser in much the same way.
2. How they are used here
We keep this light. Amazing Training does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The cookies you may encounter fall into two groups:
Strictly necessary: cookies set by the services this site relies on to function — Setmore while you schedule a class, Tally when you use our contact form, and Stripe or Square while you complete a payment. These keep your session active and protect against fraudulent requests. Enrollment and checkout cannot work without them.
Preferences: where you set a preference, it may be stored locally in your browser so you are not shown the same thing repeatedly.
Analytics: with your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are read and how people find us. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
3. Advertising
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not permit third-party advertising networks to place cookies through this site.
4. Third-party cookies
Cookies set by Setmore, Tally, Stripe, and Square are governed by those companies’ own privacy and cookie policies. If we add analytics or other third-party services in the future, this policy will be updated to say so before those services are switched on.
5. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you see what is stored, delete it, and block future cookies, either generally or site by site. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site from working, including scheduling and checkout.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it. Because we do not track visitors across other websites for advertising, our practice is the same whether or not the signal is sent.

Amazing Training is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Lifesaving education is no good to anyone who cannot get into it.
1. Standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the recognized international standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
2. What we have done
Structure: pages use proper headings in order, landmark regions, and meaningful page titles, so screen reader users can navigate by structure rather than reading everything in sequence.
Keyboard access: every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is clearly visible.
Contrast: text and background colors are chosen to meet or exceed the contrast ratios required at Level AA.
Text sizing: text is set in relative units and reflows without loss of content when the page is zoomed.
Images: meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are marked so assistive technology skips them.
Motion: we keep animation purposeful and honor the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
Responsive layout: the site works on small screens and at high zoom without horizontal scrolling.
3. Known limitations
We are honest about where things are outside our direct control. Scheduling runs through Setmore, our contact form runs through Tally, and payments run through Stripe and Square; those interfaces are maintained by their providers and may not meet every Level AA success criterion. American Heart Association course materials used during class are produced by the AHA and may not be fully optimized for all assistive technologies. We choose providers with accessibility commitments and raise issues with them when we find them.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you meet something on this site or in one of our courses that you cannot use, we want to know. Send us a message through our contact form and include what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you were using if that is relevant. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to tell you what we intend to do about it. If a fix will take time, we will offer you the content another way in the meantime.
