These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your registration for and participation in courses offered by Amazing Training. By using the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
Amazing Training is an American Heart Association (AHA) aligned training site providing lifesaving healthcare education throughout Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin County, Texas, including Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Dallas, and Melissa. Our corporate location is in Grapevine, Texas; this is our administrative office and classes are not held there. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Amazing Training” refer to the training site; “you” refers to the person using the site or enrolling in a course.
Amazing Training provides AHA certification courses, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), offered individually, in combinations, and as a combined intensive completed in a single day. We also provide group trainings at your location for groups of more than six students. Course scheduling, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Courses are scheduled through our online booking system, Setmore. Course fees are processed by our secure third-party payment processors, Stripe and Square. Amazing Training does not receive or store your full card number. Prices are stated in United States dollars.
All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, your payment is non-refundable. This includes missed classes, late arrivals, partial attendance, and changes in your plans. Please make sure of your schedule before you enroll.
Once payment is made, you may not dispute your charge on the grounds that services were not rendered. Training remains available to be completed, including with another qualified instructor, and enrollment fees are earned upon payment.
If you cannot attend your scheduled class, contact us through our contact form and we will work with you to move your enrollment to another available class date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.
To earn certification, you must attend your course in full and successfully complete all required skills and assessments. Certification is issued through the American Heart Association upon successful completion. Enrollment in a course does not guarantee certification; certification is earned by meeting the course requirements.
Course content is delivered under license from the American Heart Association and remains the intellectual property of its owners. You may use course materials for your own education only. You may not copy, distribute, record, or republish course content, and recording of class sessions is not permitted.
We maintain a professional learning environment. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct during a class is grounds for removal from the course without refund and without certification.
Our courses provide education and certification in lifesaving skills. They are educational programs and do not constitute medical advice, and successful completion does not confer any employment right, license, or scope of practice.
This site relies on third-party services, including Setmore for scheduling, Tally for forms, Stripe and Square for payments, and Google Analytics for site analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amazing Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or your participation in our courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or enrollment after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these terms should be sent through our contact form.
